Douglas M. Clayton
Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Southwind Properties and President of ACC Investments, Inc., and President of Real Estate 1031 Exchange, LLC, which completes about two hundred 1031 exchanges per year.
He was a principle in the formation of American Investment Exchange, LLC, which has dealt strictly in TIC acquisition. He has now formed Greystone Real Estate Group, LLC to handle small TIC real estate deals.
He graduated from N.C. State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Started with a Consulting Engineering Firm in development design and construction management.
Started preparing construction inspections for three major financial inspections for them in 1977. Became the head of Construction Lending in 1980.
In 1984 entered the commercial real estate industry and came with Southwind Properties in 1993 to head up the real estate department.
Has been involved in the leasing, management, and sale of over $200 million dollars worth of real estate in the past twenty years.

corporate and business law. Mr. House is a graduate of Duke University (A.B. 1963) and he received his legal education at Duke University (LL.B. 1966). He is a member of
Phi Delta Phi. Mr. House also is a member of the Forysth County Bar, North Carolina Bar, American Bar Association, and North Carolina State Bar.

This organization was owned by Kemmons Wilson and Wallace Johnson, who were the founders of Holiday Inn. Lurie &

Edward D. Barnhill, Jr. - Outside Counsel, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP
Edward D. Barnhill, Jr. is a partner who pracitices in Columbia in the areas of real estate development, finance, estate and probate work, and commercial transactions that involve environmental concerns,
construction defects and closely held corporations. Additionally, Mr. Barnhill has many years of experience in representing general contractors, subcontractors, and landowners in negotiating and
litigating construction contracts and land survey issues. A member of the South Carolina Bar, Mr. Barnhill is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals
and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He lectures at continuing legal education presentations on boundary disputes and survey matters, access and roadway rights,
water boundaries, and commercial leasehold disputes. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorney's Association.
Mr. Barnhill earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1973 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Furman University in 1970.
